"The worst bus company if you are not forced to use it then never do it.. The bus drivers work on whatever the time that suits him, he doesn't wait to leave on the right timing, the workers that are suppose to listen on the phone and help are not educated enough to speak english and rude and they take advantage of people like me who are still trying to learn the language they hang up the phone on us... i've been waiting for 2 hours in the cold for two days because of them.."

"It has most of the features you would want but it's slow. Also a feature I would like to see is 'minimum change over time' the amount of times I've been left waiting in the cold because the app has given me a route with a 1 minute change over time that leaves no room for error."
