The worst bus company if you are not forced to use it then never do it.. The bus drivers work on whatever the time that suits him, he doesn't wait to leave on the right timing, the workers that are suppose to listen on the phone and help are not educated enough to speak english and rude and they take advantage of people like me who are still trying to learn the language they hang up the phone on us... i've been waiting for 2 hours in the cold for two days because of them..
das ist die wahrscheinlich schlechteste app die ich je verwenden musste. unübersichtlich, unintuitiv und dazu fehlen auch noch wichtige Funktionen.
It wss working fine until 2022 i was just using it for my ticket when i tried to show my ticket today like tye usual it wasnt there and it said that i should try other apps but they dont work either (why change it in the first place ffs)
It has most of the features you would want but it's slow. Also a feature I would like to see is 'minimum change over time' the amount of times I've been left waiting in the cold because the app has given me a route with a 1 minute change over time that leaves no room for error.
Abzocke!!! Auf das Handy vom Sohn die App installiert. Ticket für den Nachmittag gekauft. Nach dem Kauf festgestellt dass das Ticket ab jetzt für eine Stunde gültig ist. Zeit konnte nicht ausgewählt werden und das Ticket kann nicht erstattet werden. 3Eur VRN geschenkt. So macht man gutes Geld. Bravo!
langsam, oft "kein Server", zeigt bei ausgefallenen Bahnen/Bussen an, dass sie noch kommen, keine Meldungen über Störungen, die es an Haltestellen gibt, die also verfügbar wären.
